What is Madison College asking district residents to decide on November 2?
District voters will be asked to vote yes or no on their approval of the following resolution. BE IT RESOLVED by the District Board of the Madison Area Technical College District, Adams, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Marquette, Richland, Rock and Sauk Counties, Wisconsin that there shall be issued pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $133,770,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of capital expenditures included in the Campus Master Plan consisting of acquiring and improving sites; constructing new buildings and facilities; adding to, upgrading, remodeling, and improving existing buildings; and acquiring furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
