Out of consideration for our cleaning specialists, Macy Maid requests that if a cancellation is necessary, we are given a 24-hour notice by phone, (619) 838-3576. Our client’s will be charged 15% or as detailed on Invoice of the requested cleaning if the policy is not adhered to.
