We do not have a publicly stated target leverage ratio; however, as we have stated in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008, our primary focus for 2009 is to effectively use our capital to deleverage our balance sheet by refinancing and repurchasing our indebtedness on what we believe are favorable terms.
