What is Loislaws cancellation and refund policy?
Due to their short duration, Daily, Weekly and Single Month subscriptions may not be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund or credit. Annual subscriptions and Monthly Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled over the phone with a Customer Service Representative by calling 877-471-5632. Recurring subscriptions must be terminated no less than seven days in advance of the customer’s next billing date in order to prevent the next month’s payment cycle from occurring. A prorated refund will be issued for Annual subscriptions which are paid for in full. The refund will be for the period of time between the date of cancellation and the expiration date of the Annual subscription.
