What is Local MTP?
Local MTP is a new programme, first implemented as a pilot programme in MTP 2. Within MTP 4, Local MTP offers up to 60 internships in the affiliates of Western European companies based in Russia and Ukraine. It is open for managers from Russia and Ukraine only. The coaching of the trainees will be done by specially trained EU coaches and local coaches. All participants will take part in the Europa Seminar. Who can apply for what kind of programme? The MTP-programme is open to all sectors of business and industry. Companies: To qualify as a host company, a company needs to be committed to hosting a trainee, and must be based in an EU member state. Managers: Managers from all branches and sectors of business and industry who fulfil the application criteria (see below, section application information) for the respective programmes can apply.
