What is Locair’s Refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable but re-useable with a proper change fee and any difference in airfare. In circumstances in which we offer refunds, they are done thru our accounting department at our office and refunds are issued in the form of a U.S. drawn check. Refunds may take anywhere from 30 to 45 days to process. When Locair offers waivers & favors for refunds, there will be a $25 administrative charge, per ticket, for a refund. Examples of waivers & favors include force major events, acts of God, extreme illness/sickness prohibiting travel, or death in the immediate family. Refunds are NOT automatic when we cancel a flight – we strive to provide you with transportation between your ticketed points and we WILL NOT absorb any expenses above & beyond the transportation provided (ie- baggage charges, hotels, shuttles, etc) UNLESS provided and paid for BY Locair.
