What is Link Crew?
So much more than just an orientation, Link Crew is a sophomore transition program that welcomes sophomores and makes them feel comfortable throughout their high school experience. Built on the belief that students are Rush-Henrietta’s best resource for helping other students succeed, Link Crew trains members of the junior and senior class to be Link Leaders. As positive role models, Link Leaders are motivators who guide the sophmores and help them to learn what it takes to be successful in high school. Link Crew is not just a 1-day orientation program. The growing strength of our Link Crew program lies in the fact that it is not just an orientation, but an active program of academic and social follow-ups such as the Link Tailgate and the Mid-term Exam Jam. A year with the R-H Link Crew begins at the spirited and interactive sophomore orientation at the start of the school year.
