A poultice is medicine that is packed onto the foot with a bandage to hold in in. It helps with founder, bruises etc. Liniment has menthol in it, which is what does the cooling effect. It helps with strained muscles and arthritis. Magnetic therapy is supposed to help the legs somehow….but I’m not quite sure about that. Hope I helped! You click this=You got cookies.
