What is lingzhi?
Lingzhi, also known as reishi in Japan and Ganoderma Lucidum as the botanical name, is a family member of edible medical fungi. It was exceptionally wellknown for its curing properties in ancient China. Coined as “Heavenly Herb” or the “Blessed Herb”, Lingzhi has been known by traditional Chinese medical practitioner to be a valuable herbal supplement with a great deal of healing properties.
