Articles will be accepted for credit, when returned in salable condition within thirty days of purchase, and accompanied by the original invoice, for the full amount less shipping and handling charges. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Fountain pens may not be returned once they have been filled. Personalized and Specially Ordered merchandise may not be returned.
