What is Lilypad Designs return/repair policy?

Items must be returned within two weeks of the day of the order and must be in the condition in which they were originally sent. Repairs: Should any piece require repair due to normal wear and tear or a faulty part, there will be no charge for the repair, and no charge for shipping and handling. Repairs that fall outside the scope of normal wear and tear can also be made for the cost of materials plus a charge of $20 per hour. Normal wear and tear is determined at the discretion of Lilypad Designs. Lilypad can not be held responsible for pieces that are lost by their owners.
