What is Life Churchs view of salvation?

0

God created us and loves us deeply. We rebelled against God with our sin. Our sin separated us from God, and the penalty was that we would be eternally punished in hell and separated from Him. There was no action we could take to save ourselves from sin. God loved us so much that He sent His Son Jesus Christ to live a perfect life on earth, to die on a cross to take our punishment, to be buried, and to rise from the dead 3 days later. By faith, we ask God to forgive our sin debt and invite Jesus to be our Savior. Since we did not save ourselves, we have no power to keep ourselves saved. We cannot lose our salvation because we have been born into God’s family, and it is He who holds us. If you would like to explore this topic further, please contact one of our staff. They would love to talk with you! You can also read more information on our How to Know Jesus page.
