What is Licensing’s position on an operation using rubber stamp signatures?
Where a signature is required by minimum standards, a rubber stamp signature would not meet the requirement. Also, the person who is supposed to actually sign the document would be the only person appropriate for using a rubber stamp, which would make a rubber stamp rather useless unless the person had a disability that did not allow them to render a signature.
