What is Legal Negligence Law?
Legal negligence law aims to protect individuals or clients from potential malpractice or negligence by law firms, lawyers and other legal professionals. This law regulates or gives a framework for the obligations of the law firms and lawyers to their clients. Under this law, law firms and lawyers and other legal professionals have the obligation or the responsibility to take care or give due service to their clients and to make sure these individuals or clients are not in any way harmed through their actions or omissions which they can reasonably foresee to likely injure or inflict harm to their clients. Legal negligence happens when the lawyer or law firm or legal professional fails to take proper care of his clients, resulting to the loss of the clients. Legal negligence law aims to prevent or at least minimize the occurrence and results of legal malpractice.
