Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a Green Building rating system developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and provides standards for environmentally sustainable construction. There are three levels of Certification; Silver, Gold and Platinum. The ModernSpace project is striving for the highest level possible within our budget, which is LEED Platinum Certification.
