What is LeapFrog SchoolHouses return policy?
Any item purchased may be returned for a refund, credit to a purchase order, or credit to a customer account (contingent upon initial purchase payment terms). The return policy for merchandise is 30 days from the date of receipt. To return merchandise: Call LeapFrog SchoolHouse customer support at 1-800-883-7430 to discuss the nature of your return and to alert us of your intentions. When you call, please have your initial purchase information available-either your school’s Purchase Order number or the LeapFrog SchoolHouse sales order number from your invoice or packing list. All returns must include original packaging. All returns must be marked with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to shipping back to LeapFrog SchoolHouse Returns Warehouse in order for the account to be credited.
