Renewals 1. When do I need to renew my subscription? It is never too early to renew your subscription, and you should renew no later than three months before your subscription expires. Renewing promptly will ensure that you do not have any interruption in your service. 2. How do I read my renewal notice? Starting from the top right you will see the date the notice was mailed to you. The first box contains your account number. Please reference your account number on all correspondence. The box below that contains the name of the publication that is up for renewal and its current expiration date*. Below that are a reference number and a bill code. These numbers should be referenced when renewing online or by telephone. To the left of the publication box is the name and address to which the publication is being shipped.
