What is Laser Lipo ( smartlipo) and Vaser?
Instead of the high pressure suction used in traditional liposuction, Laserlipo ( smartlipo) uses a laser to break liquefy the fat which can then be gently removed with low pressure aspiration ( suction ). This treatment can be enhanced by using Vaser-ultrasound to further break up the fat before using the laser. Using Vaser shortens the procedure time and allows for greater volumes of fat to be removed. Up to 2.5 litres at one sitting. Combining the laser and ultrasound is therefore good for treating larger areas such as the abdomen, the sides and thighs. The laser and Vaser can also stimulate collagen growth in the skin, leading to skin tightening helping achieve a smooth, sculptured look.
