LASAA is Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency. It was established under the Lagos State law to manage, regulate and control outdoor advertisement in Lagos state through the issuance of permits to outdoor advertisement structure owners. The Agency was set up by the Lagos State Structures for Signage and Advertisement Agency Law, 2006 to manage and regulate the Signage and Outdoor Advertisement Industry. The main purpose of the advertisement control system is to ensure that everybody involved in the display of outdoor advertising contributes positively to the appearance of an attractive and cared-for environment.
