What is Ladder Marts return policy?
Ladder Mart will return/refund any item purchased from the website within 60 days of the product receipt date with the following conditions: 1. Customer must call us at 1-888-602-MART (6278) and obtain a return number (RMA) for an authorized return of order. 2. Customer is subject to paying all freight charges to ship returned products to the manufacturer. 3. Customer will also be subject to a restocking fee on all returns: Restocking Fees $50 for all Ladder returns. $35 for all Telescoping Plank returns. $25 for all Little Jumbo Stepladder returns. $10 for all Accessory returns. Please Note: All of the above procedures must be followed in order to receive a refund. These policies also apply to exchanges.
