What is “La Cocina de Tita Moning”?
La Cocina de Tita Moning is not a restaurant, it is a “Dining Experience”. It is located in the elegant Legarda ancestral home in the San Miguel District of Old Manila, Philippines. Diners who make reservations get the chance to step back in time and experience life in Manila as it was at the turn of the century. Guests get a tour of the ancestral home and then dine in the homes main dining room using heirloom china, glassware and silverware and sample recipes from the era. It is a personal and historical look at Manila’s more elegant past.
