What is KTM Breyer Model Horses Return and Exchange Policy?
If there are any problems with your order or if you wish to return your order, you must contact KTM Breyer Model Horses either by calling 1-610-489-9615 or 1-609-254-9059 or emailing us at returns@modelhorsesktm.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have about your order. We will accept returns for any reason with a restocking fee of 10% as long as the following conditions have been met: * All orders must be returned in their original packaging complete with bubble wrap and peanut protection. * Models must still be in their box and attached to the inside with the original straps intact. Horses that have been removed from their box will not be accepted for return. * All items must be sealed with the original seals intact. If the above qualifications have not been met, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
