Kofax Virtual ReScan (VRS) is software designed to produce the highest quality black and white image from any page. It does this by analyzing each page to determine the best brightness and contrast settings on the fly. It works with most document scanners and can dramatically improve the quality of scanned images and reduce or eliminate the need for rescanning. Many scanners come with VRS bundled.
