Kit bashing, or bashing a dollhouse is modifying a dollhouse from its original design to customize it to your tastes. Bashing could be something as simple as removing a wall to enlarge a room or as elaborate as combining two kits together to make one larger dollhouse. We bashed The Arthur dollhouse manufactured by Greenleaf to make our Dollhouse Store. Any dollhouse can be bashed but bashing is typically done on die-cut dollhouse kits since the wood is thinner and easier to cut without the use of major power tools.
