If you’re not satisfied with your purchases, KinderSpeak Kids will credit your account as soon as the return merchandise is processed. The items must returned unopened and within ten days of receiving the order. The amount of the original purchase may be applied to other KinderSpeak Kids purchases. A 35% restocking fee will be applied if the product has been opened or damaged. Sorry, no CODs accepted.
