What is Kewl Tours refund policy?
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and will provide refunds for covered conditions excluding the premium cost. If you should need to leave the tour anytime after departure, Kewl will base refunds on monies recoverable. No refunds are made for tickets to Broadway plays, sporting events, or other special entertainment – events for which admission Kewl must purchase tickets. No refund will be made on cancellations within 45 days (single day tours) or 60 days (multi-day tours) of departure. No refund will be made for no-shows. All trips cancelled by customer within 45 days, for any reason, are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee and balance will be given as a credit for a new completed tour of the same type (only on eligable tours, excluding any tour where Kewl has to purchase advance sale tickets).
