Kellsons offers 100% Customer Satisfaction on all its products. The Products should be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable in all cases (In Case of Free shipping & handling Orders, a minimum return fee of $9.99/unit is applicable on all returns/exchanges). Return without Return Ticket number and after 15 days would be charged 25% of restocking fees. All merchandise should be in unworn condition and should be shipped back by USPS Priority or Express mail only. Before returning please write to sales@kellsons.
