What is Kelloggs allergen labelling policy?
At Kellogg Canada, we understand and share the concerns expressed by consumers who are affected by food allergies. We are committed to accurately labelling all ingredients in our products. Moreover, we always declare the presence of any common allergenic ingredients in the ingredient list, regardless of the amount present. Health Canada has identified nine priority substances most frequently associated with food allergies. These include peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soy, milk, eggs, fish including crustaceans and shellfish, wheat and sulphites. Kellogg’s has pioneered the food industry’s creation of manufacturing processes to reduce the risk of the cross-contamination of allergens.
