What is Kaya’s perception and idea about launching brand campaigns on the internet?
Launching a campaign online is a very effective way of communicating to a select target group. For brands like Kaya, a larger number of our potential customers access the internet regularly and seek a lot of advice before making their purchase decision. Internet branding also gives us a platform to engage the customers and an opportunity for Kaya to have a two-way dialogue with them. What are some of the most exciting online campaigns that the company has initiated for its brands so far? We recently launched a new TVC campaign to introduce our new approach to skin care, ‘Everyday Radiance’. Taking a very innovative route, we introduced the service to the target audience on mobile first, through WAP banners, before it was launched on TV. The banners prompted the customers to participate in a contest for which the user had to download and view the ad. The response was excellent with over 8,000 clicks in the first 2 days. This was surely one of the most exciting campaigns that we launched
