Job seekers have two options if they no longer want their profile to be active in JobMonkey’s database. Deactivation. If you find a job and don’t want employers to actively be searching on your profile for job opportunities for you anymore, you can ‘deactivate’ your account; this means that although employers won’t be able to see your profile and resume, your profile will still be stored in our database so that you don’t have to re-enter your information again. Just go to your profile and got to Hide Profile and choose “Yes.” In order to re-activate your account, all you have to do is log-on and choose “No” for Hide Profile. That’s it! Deletion. If you’re not completely happy with our service or, for whatever reason, decide that you want to completely delete your profile information from our system, all you have to do is send an e-mail to JMhelp2@JobMonkey.com with the subject heading “DELETE ME” and in the body of your email, YOU MUST include the first and last name that the account i
