What is “JAM” and how is it related to the feature?
“JAM” is a short film/featurette set at a village Jam competition and telling the story of “Mrs Desirandelle” (a character in the original novel and the feature) as she desperately tries to win the annual Jam making contest. It stars Stephen Fry, Frank Skinner, Phillip Schofield, Gary Rhodes, Patricia Hodge, Annette Badland, Lynda Bellingham and Paul Daniels & Debbie McGee. The purpose of the short film is to give our supporters a taste of the feature and also to show them that we CAN make something to a cinema standard.
