They are not well looked after unless you call taunting and teasing “well looked after”. A bull will not just go crazy in the streets and try to run people down unless it’s been taught to do so. You didn’t say anything about having first hand experience raising cows. If you did have first hand experience raising cows you’d know that a bull is not going to go on a rampage chasing down humans if it’s raised properly and with care.
