Vince: A self respect for my body. People see me as fitness buff and fitness expert so I have to maintain that reputation. I enjoy testing my bodies limits as well and I really enjoy treating my body like an ‘experiment’ and testing new programs, diets and supplements and measuring the results. The gym is not only a place to test myself but it’s also a social outlet, stress release, and big ‘labratory.’ Q4. What are some of your favourite exercises and why? Vince: I don’t know if I have any favorites. I train hard. I make every exercise hurt in it’s own way so it’s hard to ‘like’ any of them! I always like doing body weight exercises to failure like pushups, pull ups, chin ups, dips, single leg squats. Bodyweight exercises keep you ‘honest.’ You can’t cheat on them. They reveal very quick info about your true level of fitness. Q5. And what are your least favourite and why?
