What is it like working at a Strayer University campus?
Working at a Strayer University campus is amazing. Every day I have the chance to drastically help to change people’s lives. I walk away from my job every day feeling rewarded and accomplished. What do you like best about the CDLP? One of the best aspects of the CDLP program is the mass opportunities that are presented to us as Strayer Employees. Additionally, I have the chance to interact with top leaders within the organization. What has been the biggest challenge for you as a Campus Director In-Training? One of the biggest challenges that I have personally faced in the Campus Director in Training program is being ready for change at the drop of a dime. With a company like Strayer that is growing so rapidly one must be ready for change, where an opportunity presents itself.
