What is it like touring with Pennywise?
It’s a dream come true pretty much because we’ve been listening to them since we were 12. Everyone in Hawaii listened to them, but in Kona we’d have to fly to O’ahu to get CD’s we wanted because they would never have them on the Big Island. It’s cool because it brings back such good memories on top of the fact that we’ve been influenced by them and look up and respect them for inspiration. Do you get to hang out with Pennywise at all? Yeah we hang out all the time. We first met them on the Warped Tour 2001 but didn’t really get to know them until we did the Warped Tour in 2007. What is the best and worst thing about being on tour? The best is being able to do it for a job which is amazing and getting paid for it. Getting to travel the world and see places a lot of people don’t get to see and to do it with your friends is the best.
