What is it like to work as a team member at TCBY?
The TCBY stores at Denver International Airport are incredibly busy. 90% of a Team Member’s job is to serve the traveling public in a fast and friendly manner. A Team Member is responsible for waiting on the customers, making all of the menu items, and using the cash register. When there are no customers, there are other duties such as cleaning and prep work. All Team Members either learn how to open the store or close the store, depending on your shift.
