What is it like to work and live in Nova Scotia?

The addition of forestry, agriculture and, more recently, the offshore oil and natural gas industry to the economic mix means Nova Scotians work hard but generally live comfortable lives. With the convenience of present-day world-wide Internet and other communications, many newcomers find this to be the ideal place from which to conduct their businesses, while indulging in our “laid back” lifestyle that had first attracted their attention.
