I can’t belive some answers here, like for example “people are crazy in serbia”, or that people starve there!!! I am local, so here is the truth: No matter what you have heard, ex-Yugoslavian countries are not third world countries. There was war and economic crisis, but it’s still in much better condition than many countries that didn’t had war. 1. Croatia: The most popular is coastline, with a reason, so go there. Istra on north, Dubrovnik on south, choose what you like: http://www.croatia.hr/English/Default.as… 2. Bosnia: There are many sightseeing in Bosnia. Here you can still see leftovers from war, ruined houses etc. but not so many. In Bosnia you can visit 3 biggest cities with it’s surroundings, and near Sarajevo you can check the place they claim that is bosnian pyramid.
