What is it in particular that makes Crash such a representative map for Call of Duty?
Robert Bowling: Crash is definitely, I think, one of our most iconic maps. Again, it was in our beta when we first launched Modern Warfare, and I think it’s the one that really said “Modern Warfare” the most. It became a tentpole map for our move into the modern era. And it was one of our most-played maps in the beta, it was one of our most-played maps from Modern Warfare. I always refer to it as the classic, because I think it’s one that people remember most when they think back to Call of Duty 4. IGN: Is the map pack going to introduce any major new playlist changes? Are you guys working on ways to mix it up a little more? Robert Bowling: All of our playlist changes are separate from our DLC. We don’t want to tie that into DLC. We’re going to do two DLC playlists: Stimulus, which is every game mode, but only on the new maps, and then Stimulus Hardcore, which is going to allow you to play on the new maps, but play Hardcore versions of TDM, Headquarters Pro, and Search and Destroy.
