What is involved?
There are essentially three different stages involved in any Webcast. These are: Production Encoding Delivery Production – production can range in complexity and its level of sophistication – it essentially involves capturing the event. Stream UK can provide one, two or three camera shoots, professional lighting, high quality radio microphones and stages/backgrounds for any kind of webcast. We are happy to work with third parties, whether AV companies or production companies. Encoding – encoding involves the translation of the captured footage into a digital form suitable for the Internet. The process takes into account the connection speeds of the user audience and the viewing formats they require. It is a careful balancing act to ensure optimum delivery. Throughout the webcast our engineers will be on-site and available at all times to ensure the process is managed at an optimum level.
