What is involved in the Term Life Insurance application process?
The first step is to request an application. This can be done online or by calling our toll-free number 1-800-349-7309. If you submit your request for an application online, we will call you to obtain the additional information needed to complete your application (this will take about 30 minutes). If you call our toll-free number, we will gather the information to complete your application at that time. All applicants will need to complete a medical exam at a time and location that is most convenient for them. At the time of the exam, the examiner will present the application for review and signature by the applicant. During our telephone call we will set up a convenient time for a life insurance medical examination.
