What is involved in the scheduling and registration process?

0

Either you or your physicians office will call Patient Scheduling to set up an appointment. They will ask you a few questions in order to accurately set up your appointment. A day or two before your exam you will be called by Patient Registration to pre-register. This helps speed up the check-in process when you arrive at our office. When you come on the day of your exam, you may be asked a few more questions, and we will need to make a copy of your insurance card. Accurate information is necessary to ensure that well send the results to the correct physician, that well be able to reach you if we have any questions, and that you will be billed correctly for your exam.
