What is involved in the rental of a harpsichord?

0

You will need to first contact Williamson-Warne & Associates to find out the availability of the instrument that you desire, or if any instruments are available for the dates that you desire, plus any special requirements (such as extra tunings). If an instrument is available (and this instrument fits your needs) an agreement will be forwarded on to the renter. Once the signed agreement is received, the harpsichord is then considered firmly reserved. On the specified date and time, the harpsichord will be delivered to the renter. After payment is secured, the harpsichord will be unloaded (with the assistance of a representative of the renter) and set up in place. It will then be tuned. On the day of the performance, the harpsichord will be retuned just prior to the performance (or retuned prior to each performance). At the conclusion of the last performance the harpsichord will be removed and loaded into the Williamson-Warne & Associates vehicles.
