It is a breast implant manufactured from polyurethane or from pure polypropylene. Due to its’ inherent properties, these enhancements were intended for use by women wanting an exceptionally large breast size. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the implant continues to grow in size after it is placed inside the breast. This usually results in extremely large breasts. They in fact hold the record for the greatest increase in breast size achieved through surgical means. Developed by Dr G.W. Johnson, these enhancements were only available for breast augmentation for a short period of time before the FDA banned their use.
