The 25-minute assessment includes: • Blood pressure • Blood profile; cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and glucose • Height • Weight • Body Mass Index • Questions about Exercise and Lifestyle habits • We then calculate a unique Queue Score and project the risk of developing cardio-vascular and coronary heart disease and diabetes • Finally we show you what to do to reduce your risks and lead a healthier life Healthy Steps is provided free of charge through Liverpool Victoria Life Company Limited. It is an extra service for policyholders.
