I know all call centers are different however maybe someone has had a similar situation. I just did a phone interview for a call center and now I am onto the next step. The next step is a computer skill test, comptency test and maybe other such things. What would I have to do/complete? If you had to do any of these while you were being interviewd for a call center can you please assist me. Basically anything other the interview that you had to do before you were hired will help me a lot.
