What is involved in the audition process?
The audition consists of vocalizing to determine the range, singing a prepared solo, and sight-reading a short passage. The solo needs to be something that showcases your personal talent. An accompanist will be provided for you. The audition will be conducted by our Artistic Director, Melinda Imthurn. After the audition, you will be notified by mail/email of the outcome. To schedule an audition, please email Melinda at Melinda@twcd.org. The audition is a very painless experience. It is simply a time for the Artistic Director and the prospective member to become acquainted. Know that the Chorus is always welcoming and excited about new members!
