Administration includes: Sending the required notice(s) to creditors; Filing the necessary Inventory, Appraisement and List of Claims with the probate court and obtaining the Courts approval; Collecting the assets of the deceased; Paying the taxes, expenses and debts of the estate; and Distributing the assets to the beneficiaries.
