Sheet rock on the interior walls will need to be repaired. Some walls (outside and inside) will have openings to allow steel I-beams through to support the house. These openings will need to be repaired by a handyman or contractor but will not hurt the structural integrity of the structure. If cabinets, toilettes, bathtubs and fixtures are existing and are reusable in the structure you can remove them and reinstall them.
