Our Regional Sales Managers work closely with hiring managers on the search process to: • Build an understanding of the client’s needs, technical requirements, start date, duration, budget, daily responsibilities • Identify candidates in conjunction with Donovan Technical Staffing’s Applicant Tracking Database • Provide managers with qualified candidates • Schedule interview times • Confirm the terms and conditions of the contract with a Professional Service Agreement
